  • Adarsh’s servers  may  uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use our website in order to improve the quality of our services.
  • Adarsh’s servers may automatically record information when you visit our website, including the pages you visit, your IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit. We cannot identify you individually from this information. This information is used to make improvements to our site and make it easier to find the information you are looking for.


  • We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including sending email price quotes or newsletters.
  • We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Adarsh’s services.

Card security policy

  • Adarsh maintains the security of your credit card data by the following measures: All online payments are submitted over a secured socket layer (SSL). Credit card information is transmitted immediately to a payment gateway solution via an encrypted port. Adarsh does not store your credit card number in any of our systems, it is used only within the context of the transaction then destroyed upon receipt from an acquiring bank. All credit card payments receive an identification number that is proof of the transaction's acceptance into the banking system. This identification number can be used to trace any transaction back to the credit card issuer (for example, the bank that issued the MasterCard, or VISA credit card).

Refund Policy/ Terms and Conditions
We normally refund for arrangements made with us 15 days prior to service booked with us. Bank charges if any shall be deducted from the refunds for administrative reasons. Beyond the 15 days’ period for which the arrangement is made, the management reserves the right to refund part or full payment received from the customer.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank  from time to time.


This privacy policy is effective from 1st Jan 2012. Any changes in the way Adarsh uses personal information will be described in the future versions of this Privacy Statement. Adarsh shall attempt to respond to all reasonable concerns or inquiries within 7 business days from date of receipt.
